Birdhill Host Club: Limerick Off-Road Club (link) Location: Gooig, Co. Tipperary Description: This is a sand track made up of tableptops, ski jumps and fast straights. This is a relatively new track but it has become very popular. It hosted it's first championship round in 2008 with a round of the Southern Centre Over 35 Champioship. Both motocross and quad racing takes place at this venue. Directions: This track is quite easy to find as it's entrance is directly on the main Limerick road (N7). Stay on the N7 coming out of Birdhill Co.Tipperary heading for Limerick. You go up a gentle hill and down again and at the top of a second hill there is a slow lane, pull in left and there is a gateway a banner is always in place on event date.
